Amethyst Crystal Library - Chrysoprase
Not to be confused with chrysocolla, chrysoprase is a heart stone connecting to wholeness
Chrysoprase has a variety of colours, but mostly around a kind of apple green. It can be opaque or quite luminescent. Australia has some amazing chrysoprase – the image in the photo above is one that I bought from a group based in Western Australia, and it’s even prettier in person.
It is a stone of connection with the divine and feeling into wholeness and oneness. It’s said to help us to learn how to be faithful to our own hearts, truth and all of our relationships.
It’s a beautiful calming stone supporting an ability to look at things from a different and more creative perspective. It helps us to live in alignment with our values rather than acting impulsively.
I find it a beautiful stone to support compassion and forgiveness – even of our very own selves.
Some have also found it to be a powerful stone for detoxification and support the liver – I haven’t used it that way (and prefer other stones for detoxification), but I would caution having it around the digestive organs too much if you have any sensitivities there. That said, in its elixir form it has been known to support stress-related stomach issues.
Chrysoprase has been used by many to help them get a restful night’s sleep, and also to help with nightmares.

How we get along - an online women's circle about relationships

Probably the most important life skill that we will ever learn (or not) is how to get along with other people. It is a skill that can set us up for life or ensure that we are absolutely miserable.
And yet it’s not something that many of us ever spend time learning how to do.
Even if you do some communications courses or active listening studies, most of us don’t spend a lot of time learning how to navigate interpersonal conflicts. Which is a pity, because it’s unlikely that we’ll get to live a rich and full life without ever disagreeing with someone.
How do we nurture our relationships – family, friends, romance?
How do we navigate conflict without walking all over people, getting walked all over, or simply running away from it altogether?
As always, I don’t have a clue about the answers, but I know we’ll learn a lot by leaning into the questions.
Come join the circle this month and we’ll dive deep into how we get along (or don’t) and how we can show up for our relationships in a more intentional, aligned way.

CANCELLATION POLICY – If you let me know up to one hour prior to the beginning of the circle that you’re not able to attend, you can choose to either a) be refunded the price of your ticket; or b) to have your ticket transferred to a future circle of your choosing. If you get in touch and let me know that something came up that meant you were unable to attend circle within 24 hours, I will be happy to transfer your ticket to a future circle of your choosing. You can only transfer your ticket once.
