Yin and Reiki Workshop at Our Yoga Space, Mosman

It was such a special workshop teaming up with Samantha Samway for Yin and Reiki last year, so we’re doing it again!

Basically, I’ll take you through a very chill yin practice and Samantha will flit around the room giving you hands on reiki energy healing. She is awesome – she gets those really warm reiki hands and everything. I’ll also be bringing a whole bunch of my crystal singing bowls and ending with some reiki healing voice (chanting reiki kotodama).
